Harmon Face Values is a growing beauty, health and wellness retailer in the Bed Bath and Beyond family of brands which operates over 50 standalone and 200 health and beauty concept-within-store formats. The concept is undergoing an enterprise-wide transformation to build its authority in the beauty, personal care space. 

The Harmon Face Values Manager, Integrated Marketing is responsible for the development and implementation of customer centric omni-channel marketing campaigns for Harmon Face Values, with a focus on email/SMS, promotional offer strategy and omni-services.  The ideal candidate is passionate about retail marketing and customer lifecycles. He/She is results oriented, creative, analytical, and data driven with preferred experience in CRM and creating compelling brand stories to engage customers. The role will report to the Sr. Director, Marketing.  Responsibilities include:


  • Manage email marketing campaigns from concept through in-box delivery. Oversee all facets of email advertising planning including calendar planning, scheduling, development of budgets, performance tracking and analysis reports.

  • Develop and manage strategies to drive acquisition and retention of subscribers, increase subscriber engagement and maintain long-term list health.

  • Manage test design, all facets of advertising creative and execution, and reporting/measurement/analysis to assist with future decision-making.

  • Leverage data to prioritize initiatives, including building projections and working with analytics to insure accurate measurement and evaluation of efforts.

  • Proactively manage projects, schedules and priorities of marketing email components to ensure issues are resolved and decisions made to meet timeline and budget expectations. Understand, manage and communicate schedules with all relevant parties, both internally and externally. Manage outside resources to ensure optimal performance and results.

  • Drive an aggressive personalization roadmap, test-and-learn agenda, and optimize KPI's. Proactively ideating to improve the process and champion change.

  • Collaborate and align with cross-functional teams on promotional offer structures/planning and create strategies which bring these to life across the marketing channels.

  • Develop marketing plans to drive omni services (BOPIS, curbside, SDD) and work with cross functional teams on developing compelling customer facing messages and testing opportunities to grow adoption and retention.

  • Collaborate with CRM and lifestyle teams on key initiatives and create strategies which bring these to life across the marketing channels (including but not limited to print, digital, email and paid social) to drive customer acquisition, increase conversion and value, consumer LTV and increase frequency of visits.

  • Collaborate with consumer insights team and external partners on the development of customer segmentation and personas and create strategies which brings targeted messaging to key segments to life across the marketing channels.

  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external teams to drive collaboration on marketing programs. Effectively and proactively communicate with partners. Ensure cross-functional understanding of marketing goals and project objectives.

  • Develop a strong understanding of the Harmon Face Values brand, customer base and product knowledge in-order-to provide innovative recommendations that drive sales and consumer engagement.

  • Build a positive, proactive environment based on mutual respect, high-level execution and excellent communication with team members and external resources. Provide feedback to improve vendor performance.

  • Collaborate on a cohesive messaging strategy across all Harmon Face Values marketing vehicles. Provide input, ideas and inspiration for marketing programs across multiple channels. Monitor, document and assess competitive landscape and consumer trends to provide input on strategic direction for overall messaging.

  • Contribute to reporting/measurement/analysis of events, program and initiatives to develop facts and tools that assist with future strategizing, planning and decision making. Establish a learning agenda for email marketing programs including the development of testing programs to evaluate new initiatives.

  • Manage and execute additional marketing programs as assigned.


Harmon Face Values is seeking a highly motivated, proactive, resourceful and results-oriented individual with a high-level of enthusiasm and passion for retail marketing. The successful candidate will bring the following proficiencies and capabilities.

  • Bachelor's degree with Marketing focus (preferred but not required)

  • Five to seven years Marketing/Advertising experience within a retail or like setting

  • Experience with email production process and proof approval required

  • Strong passion for testing, data and metrics and belief in discovering insights in data

  • Demonstrated knowledge of key metrics for effective ROI analysis

  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills – use and analyze data to inform strategies and optimizations

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to influence and persuade others with diplomacy and tact; work with numerous partners of differing levels, flexing interaction style as required

  • Strong retail business acumen and analytical skills

  • Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines, in a busy, fast-paced environment

  • Excellent judgment and decision-making skills

  • Excellent management skills

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Proficient in MS office programs; particularly Excel
