Position Overview Supports budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis requirements using strong analytical, reporting, technical and data analysis skills utilizing ERP systems, software and Microsoft office tools. This is a non-safety sensitive position. Major Responsibilities

Major duties:

  • Coordinates the execution of the monthly reporting process, quarterly forecast and annual planning processes, ensuring due dates are achieved and key deliverables are submitted

  • Assists the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis and other Finance representatives in the preparation of monthly reports, quarterly forecasts and annual plans

  • Collaborates across Business Units to develop plans/forecasts and ensures alignment with overall Company objectives

  • Provides overall functional support to the Finance team on planning/forecasting tools and processes

  • Manages a standardized reporting process across the Company and prepares monthly analysis of operating results for management

  • Formalizes the monthly reporting process, quarterly forecast and annual planning process through the development of a centralized calendar of events and milestones

  • Prepares ad-hoc analysis to assist in business decision support

  • Recommends process improvements to create greater efficiency and productivity

  • Assists in the process of allocating G&A costs to those Business Units utilizing centralized corporate functions across the company

  • Runs regular periodic analysis as required to determine ABL availability for submission to lenders

  • Assists in integration of Planful/Host Analytics for forecasting purposes

  • Prepares weekly, near-term cash flow projections

  • Assists with quarter and year-end earnings releases as required

  • Manages the corporate model and ensures that all financial data is recorded properly in the model, consistent with established Company policy and procedures

  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance

  • 3 to 5 years' experience in a Corporate Reporting/Corporate Financial Management role

  • Attention to detail and quality

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Ability to take initiative and critically analyze processes and procedures

  • Function well in a high growth environment/rapidly changing organization

  • Must be self-starters and strive for results

  • Must adhere to the highest quality standards

  • Ability to think creatively to realize opportunities

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

  • Strong organization, time management, and presentation skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening as well as background check


  • CPA or MBA

  • Experience in Financial Services industry preferred

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, and proficient in Access, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Experience with financial planning software (preferably Hyperion HFM or Essbase)

  • Experience in an integrated forecasting environment preferred

  • Experience with SAP software desired

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds

  • Frequent near vision use for reading and computer use

  • Finger agility for keyboarding

Typical Working Conditions:

  • Long periods sitting or being sedentary

  • Protected indoor office environment
