Under general supervision provides highly responsive first and second-tier support to end-users for PC, server, mainframe applications and hardware. Utilizes moderate reasoning ability to research and resolve issues related to hospital information systems. Analyzes user needs, documents requirements and revises or develops processes or procedures as necessary. Coordinates with Baptist Healthcare System Support Services network services, software systems engineering, and/or applications development to ensure hospital information systems availability meets or exceeds standards established by Baptist Healthcare System Support Services. Participates in the Career Path Program and meets the minimum requirements within established timeframes.
Minimum of a Bachelors degree and two years related experience or one year direct experience.
