EssentialResponsibilities:

Will work under supervision to deliver the following activities:

  • Work closely with Product Line,Manufacturing, AMO and Operations to lead Incident Management Process forefficient root cause analysis and corrective action determination.

  • Contribute to reliability projects which drivecontinuous improvement in service and product delivery for APAC DrillingServices.

  • Support and drive RCA and CA data quality andcompliance.

  • Support and share best practices and lessonslearned within APAC districts and wider BHGE organization.

  • Ensure accurate data tracking in MaPs/FRACAS.

  • Provide support to BHGE AMO team fortechnical issues and DWRs.

  • Conduct all business activities in accordancewith BHGE Health, Safety and Environmental policies, Legal Compliancerequirements and Company Core Values.

Qualifications/Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, MaterialScience, Applied Science, or equivalent discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with DrillingServices tools.

DesiredCharacteristics:


  • Field or Technician experience in DrillingServices is strongly desired.

  • Ability to effectively communicate highlytechnical information verbally and in writing.

  • Good presentation skills.

  • Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis.

  • Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills.

  • Must be able to effectively communicate inEnglish.

  • Familiar with standard business softwarepackages.

  • Candidates should be self-motivated andfocused on achieving business results through a multi-disciplinary team.
