Will work under supervision to deliver the following activities:
Work closely with Product Line,Manufacturing, AMO and Operations to lead Incident Management Process forefficient root cause analysis and corrective action determination.
Contribute to reliability projects which drivecontinuous improvement in service and product delivery for APAC DrillingServices.
Support and drive RCA and CA data quality andcompliance.
Support and share best practices and lessonslearned within APAC districts and wider BHGE organization.
Ensure accurate data tracking in MaPs/FRACAS.
Provide support to BHGE AMO team fortechnical issues and DWRs.
Conduct all business activities in accordancewith BHGE Health, Safety and Environmental policies, Legal Compliancerequirements and Company Core Values.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, MaterialScience, Applied Science, or equivalent discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience with DrillingServices tools.
Field or Technician experience in DrillingServices is strongly desired.
Ability to effectively communicate highlytechnical information verbally and in writing.
Good presentation skills.
Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis.
Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills.
Must be able to effectively communicate inEnglish.
Familiar with standard business softwarepackages.
