Role Summary/Purpose

Artificial Lift Black Belt Engineer will beexposed to all aspects of ALS/RLS engineering and be responsible for definingand developing globally standardized engineering quality/ delivery metrics fordriving Lean Six Sigma systemic continuous improvements for NPI, SystemsEngineering, Sustaining and Fulfillment engineering processes The Artificial.These initiatives are designed to have direct impact on the business needs: Ontime Delivery, Cost of Quality, Root Cause Analysis, engineering efficiency andreturn on investment for NPIs. This is a high impact role in a cross-functionalglobal environment with direct visibility to engineering leadership.



  • Define, develop and establish Engineering quality, delivery & compliance maturity metrics for the organization
  • Define and align functional team charter to ensure metrics rollout, sustainability & report out and effectiveness
  • Responsible for identifying and leading key Engineering Quality Initiatives & periodically report out progress on key Initiatives and Big Y's to senior business leadership
  • Drive Lean Kaizen culture and initiatives across engineering and tie out savings with DMP and Finance teams
  • Utilize DMAIC, DFSS, RCA, CAP, WorkOut, LEAN, Systems Engineering and other tools and methodologies to identify process gaps and drive change
  • Mentor Engineering GB's in Six Sigma methodology and drive GB projects to completion
  • Green Belt & Black Belt certification through prescribed training, testing, mentoring, and project execution
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical disciplines from an accredited college or university
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, preferably Black Belt
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in an engineering, quality, reliability or manufacturing organizations
  • Strong understanding of engineering and reliability processes. Familiarity with supply chain management
  • Ability to drive highly visible initiatives within Engineering
  • Must be an excellent networker with strong team building skills
