BAE Systems is seeking mid & senior level Intelligence Analysts to support a client's operational requirements in a challenging, dynamic setting located in the Washington Metropolitan Area. The positions require an active clearance with Polygraph. There is no exception to the clearance requirement. Successful candidates will work well in team environments and will be capable of operating independently with minimal supervision. Candidates will be expected to effectively interact with customer personnel at all levels within the customer organization. The positions require prior experience supporting operations or familiarity with the Intelligence Community and its objectives to include HUMINT, CT/CI, FMV or SIGINT.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Selected candidates will posses one or more of the following skills/experience:
Ability to analyze all-source intelligence to identify individuals, networks, or organizations of interest, and propose avenues of operational access to targets.
Familiarity with cable writing styles and classified client databases, including specific targeting tools.
Strong briefing and writing skills with the ability to work well with teams or individually with minimal supervision.
Demonstrate regional and/or functional expertise or a working knowledge of geographic regions of interest to the United States, including the Middle East.
Ability to support a wide range of operational, administrative and support activities.
Conduct operational research and analysis on behalf of the Government.
Ability to plan and organize tasks independently and exercise sound operational judgment.
Strong written and oral communication, organization, and interpersonal skills as well as an ability to pose creative solutions to operational challenges.
Detail-oriented with a proficiency for researching, analyzing, and prioritizing information.
Strong problem-solving, analytic, and written and oral communication skills.
Evaluate incoming products for completeness, validity, quality, and sensitivity.
Manage the production and use of reports while protecting equities.
Identify targets of interest and guide collection and dissemination.
Anticipate consumer needs and educate consumers on methods, handling, and use of HUMINT reporting.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
One or more of the following skills/experience/achievements highly preferred:
- Proficiency with software applications/databases used in support of research and analysis for the U.S. Government.
- Customer certification as a Staff Operations Officer, or Specialized Skills Officer.
- Prior overseas experience, including operating in high threat areas.
