C4I customers with system and network architecture Configuration / Change Management services. Documenting service delivery procedures in a Configuration / Change Management SOP that is reviewed quarterly by the contractor and government requirements team. Develop, implement, integrate, test, complete, and follow-up on recommended C4I Solutions to satisfy customers' requests to modify or upgrade existing customer systems or install new customer systems. Software products generated by Application Services and Advanced Technical Solutions, Tier-3 Custom Tools are considered C4I solutions that must be in-line with Change Management requirements and processes. Solutions involving IT infrastructure installations and upgrades shall comply with all Army and DoD guidelines, as applicable. Survey, analyze, evaluate, and provide technical advice pertaining to the performance, functionality and security of the network systems; analyze and evaluate the application software design and its integration into hardware and software; provide support and guidance on installing and configuring software; provide consultation and guidance to systems analysts and programmers pertaining to the application systems design; provide support and guidance to the system operators pertaining to system generation, troubleshooting, and general system operation; and support the detection and resolution of system and application program errors. Solutions involving IT infrastructure installations and upgrades shall comply with the following Army and DoD guidelines
Typical Education & Experience
Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 4 years work experience or equivalent experience
Required Skills and Education
- IAT Level II-certified and must have a certification in the computing environment (e.g. Linux, Windows, etc.)
