As a RN, you will provide direct care and related services for our residents' personal needs and comfort in accordance with their care plan.


You will be responsible for providing quality care that reflects our mission to honor and respect each resident we serve while providing thoughtful and exceptional health care services in a safe, clean, and friendly environment. You will function under the direction, instruction, and supervision of the Clinical Supervisor.


Individual will be responsible for general trouble shooting as well as managing the compliance off situations/facilities during survey challenges, significant events or crisis. Individual is responsible for the overall coordination of the compliance process and management. This individual will lead and direct the management crisis intervention. They need to be able to put together a plan quickly and then implement it following through until the situation/facility is now longer in crisis circumstances. This individual will be responsible to assist in the training, development and nurturing of the facility nursing leadership. This individual requires a thorough understanding of the QA process for long term care facilities. This position must also have a detailed understanding of the MDS process to assist the facility in appropriate and accurate coding which correlates to accurate and appropriate reimbursement. This individual must have the ability to respect sensitive and confidential information. This position requires both physical and mental fitness.


EDUCATION:                            Registered Nurse credentials with the equal combination so education, training and experience to obtain the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the necessary function of the position.



EXPERIENCE:                          Previous experience as a Regional Nurse/multi facility position for minimum of 5 years required.

                                                            Acute and long term care experience required. Must have held

a position of crisis management and survey management with experience in immediately turning around a non compliant facility. Must be knowledgeable of the rules and regulations of compliance

                                    Multi-site, leadership, and educator roles required.
