Arnot Health is actively recruiting BE/BC Adult Psychiatrists to join a well-established 210 + member multi-specialty practice, part of the Arnot Health system at St. Josephs Hospital in Elmira located in the Finger Lakes Region of Upstate NY. This provider will work very closely with the onsite Psychiatry Residents. Responsibilities include direct patient care, teaching, facilitating communication between Psychiatry and other medical services and consultation to medical services within the medical center, outpatient integrated care clinic and telepsychiatry to outlying facilities.
You will be supported by the exceptionally capable and experienced Nurses and Social Workers in the 25-bed Behavioral Sciences Unit that is certified by NYSOMH. Working in close collaboration with Family Services and sharing professional responsibilities with other Psychiatrists supported by PMHNPs, you will blend your talents to enhance the practice, the health system, and the community in an environment where physicians, practices and families thrive.
Affiliated with Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, Arnot Health is one of the largest Graduate Medical Education training sites. Our training programs includenumerous Primary and Specialty care Residencies and Fellowships including Internal Medicine and Family Medicine Residency programs.
