THE ROLE: 

As a member of the IO and Circuit Technologies Group, you will help bring to life cutting-edge designs. The specific Lab Technician role will focus on working with memory PHY engineers and program managers to support the development of memory PHY's across many technologically advanced products. The role requires ordering, implementing, and maintaining lab equipment to ensure engineers and systems are enabled to bring products to market as quickly as possible. 

 

THE PERSON:  

A successful candidate will work with memory PHY engineers and leaders. The candidate will be technical and detail-oriented, possessing good communication ability as well as strong analytical and problem solving skills.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Provide systems engineering and post-silicon support for HBM/DDR/LPDDR Memory interface IP.
  • New products bring-up support from first silicon in the lab through initial production.
  • Support lab infrastructure to triage observations from silicon validation.

 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:  

  • Laboratory experience, including hands-on use of equipment: Oscilloscopes, Signal generators, BERT, Logic analyzers, etc. 

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:  

  • Bachelors Degree
