RECRUITING SUPPORT SPECIALISTOnline Candidate Specialist Project Overview Our company is known for its innovative technologies, products and services -- and for the people behind them. The People Services team focuses on providing an amazing experience to past, present and future employees. Being a Channels Specialist means discovering superstars in hard-to-reach places. Working on one of our functional staffing teams, you'll screen all online and employee referral applications and provide various other forms of pipeline support.
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities 1. Screen online & employee referral applicants.
2. Source for passive candidates using our applicant tracking system.
3. Manage relationships with clients including sourcing and recruiting partners and hiring managers.
Minimum QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience Years Experience: Approximately 0-2 years experience in a professional setting -Experience in building and cultivating candidate and client relationships in a global business environment
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred QualificationsApplications: Experience with applicant tracking systems and gSuite preferred
