As a Contingent - Learning and Development Partner, the work assignment will be to support organizational growth and effectiveness. The worker will help build our clients employees' knowledge and skills by developing self-directed learning solutions, and remotely facilitating and supporting learning.
Their efforts will help empower measurable results, aligned with our client's purpose, vision, and values. Using their expertise, they will create change with focused, engaging, practical, learning solutions including real world activities, demonstrations, easy-to-follow job aids, and live follow-up with learners.
The work assignment is located in Austin, Texas and is expected to last between 3-5 months with the potential to be considered for a regular employee if a role becomes available.
Additional Responsibilities/Skill Set
We provide remote learning and development solutions, and in this pivotal role the Contingent - Learning and Development Partner will: Partner with Organizational Development colleagues and conduct needs assessments, and identify gaps When a skill or knowledge gap is detected, partner with the business leader or HR colleague, and determine a course of action, and construct solutions by collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) Measure a variety of outcomes by building and administering valid assessments Demonstrate the business value of our solutions, and adjust learning content and/or delivery based on assessment data and feedback Build tools for managers which support learning and behavior change Present information and timeline for learning experiences to senior leaders, and influence them to support learning on their teams Collaborate with various Project Managers, ensuring timely and seamless delivery of learning events Deliver solutions, and remotely support learners using various tools and methods, such as Zoom facilitated learning, interactions using Skype, etc. Collaborate with, and share your expertise and ideas with the L&D team as we continuously improve Construct learning paths for content delivery using LinkedIn Learning, or an LMS
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in related field, or certificates in Instructional Design and Facilitation from a nationally recognized school or institution, such as SHRM 5 years of related experience, preferably focused on designing and developing e-learning or remote learning and development, and delivery and learner support using a variety of methods such as pre-recorded content, Zoom or Skype calls

Pay Rate: $55,109.00 - $77,190.00 / yr
