This position will work primarily to field general phone calls to our Workforce centers, answer e-mail inquiries and perform basic Job Search assistance for job seekers using the Work In Texas system. Other duties as assigned. The position may work from home as our centers are closed at this time. Individuals may be required to come into the centers when the in-person services resume, however a specific date has not yet been established. Computers will be provided Qualifications: • Computer Literacy REQUIRED • Strong communications skills • Strong organizational skills • Access to broadband internet is preferred.
