Duties and responsibilities: Answer inbound and initiate outbound customer calls Fulfill order entry transactions – data entry of PO's Build knowledge of all major product groups to properly support customer contacts Resolve customer issues and inquiries efficiently and effectively Process credit requests, resolve mis-shipments and provide proof of deliveries Provide customer support while expertly navigation between multiple computer sessions Resolve or investigate adequately before appropriately escalating calls to the next level
Qualifications: Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient in active listening to fully understand customer needs Proficient with Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Knowledge of SAP & Salesforce is a plus Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail Ability to multi-task in a high volume, fast paced work environment Proven ability to approach any change or new situation with a positive attitude Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner 1-2 years previous experience in customer service role
