Adecco is hiring Custodians for Eli Lilly located in Indianapolis, IN. This is a temp to hire position with many perks, great company to work with and start off your new career. Job Overview

Keep assigned areas within GMP in clean and orderly condition. Work successfully with fellow employees & others. Understand and follow instructions, both verbal and written. Explain how to complete a task, understand instructions for task using basic communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures. Stops at risk behavior of others and self.

Perform work assignments in a team with other employees. Perform repetitive tasks. Maintain clean work area.

Perform sanitization duties to maintain a GMP controlled environment Consistently follow all customer and SBM SOP's and procedures

Complete all safety certifications including chemical safety. Available to act as area fill-in in the event of general staff shortage.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
