Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Bilingual Call Center job

 

Type: 40hrs/wk.  Contract

Start Date:  Within the next three (3) to four (4) weeks

Location:  Work-from-Home.  MUST live in the State of Arizona

Pay: $20.00/hr

Length: 3 months with possibility of extension

Shift:  Morning and Afternoon Shifts – Must be open to working one weekend day.

NOTE:  Full training is provided by a corporate trainer via real time web classes. Must be fully bilingual in English/Spanish in both verbal and written forms. 

 

Responsibilities for job include Bilingual Call Center but are not limited to:   

 

  • Work with callers to process claim applications
  • Provide application statuses and answer application inquiries
  • With patience, providing issue resolutions in sensitive situations
  • Accurately inputting data into software system
  • Motivated to meet expectations and provide excellent customer experiences
  •  

    Qualifications for this Bilingual Call Center job:

     

  • One year of call center experience
  • Must be fully bilingual in English/Spanish in both verbal and written forms. 
  • Comfortable using a computer for long periods of time
  • Has current hi-speed internet access and the ability to hardwire into a router
  • Ability to work independently to problem solve, organize, and prioritize tasks.
  • Comfortable working in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work effectively in a diverse work group and collaborate with multiple cross functional teams.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, calmly & confidently on the telephone and email with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  •
