Adecco is assisting a great local company seeking a full time, energetic Benefits Administrator who will assist employees with benefits enrollment and questions, manage all ensurance billing maintain employee database and files, and assist with other HR responsibilities.

  • Administer various employee benefits programs, such as group health, health savings accounts, dental, vision, and disability insurances.
  • Conduct benefits orientations
  • Maintain employee benefits filing systems and ensure benefits changes are entered appropriately 
  • Assist employees with health, dental, life, disability and other benefit claims
  • Administer FMLA and Leave of Absences
  • Administer COBRA
  • Maintain DOT files
  • Provide clerical support for overall Human Resources Department
  • Other duties as assigned
  • The ideal candidate must have great communication/problem solving skills, must be self-motivated, and thrive in a fast paced environment, detail oriented with strong organizational skills and proficient in computer knowledge. 

    *At least (2) two years experience in HR preferred.
